1. About MoodBinge

MoodBinge is a free content discovery tool that helps users find movies and TV shows based on their mood. We aggregate publicly available data from TMDB and OMDB. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any streaming platform (Netflix, Amazon Prime, JioHotstar, ZEE5, SonyLIV, Apple TV+, etc.).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MoodBinge. By using MoodBinge, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

3. Your Account

• Sign-in is optional. You can use MoodBinge without creating an account.
• If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use MoodBinge for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from MoodBinge beyond normal browsing
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the MoodBinge service
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through the contact form
• Use automated tools to make excessive API requests (rate limits apply)

5. Intellectual Property

• The MoodBinge name, logo, and original content are owned by MoodBinge and may not be reproduced without permission.
• Movie and TV show data is sourced from TMDB and OMDB and is subject to their respective terms and licenses.
• Movie posters, images, and ratings are the property of their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

MoodBinge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Content availability on any streaming platform is accurate or up to date
• Recommendations will match your personal taste

Streaming platform availability changes frequently. Always verify on the platform directly before subscribing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MoodBinge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed ₹0 (MoodBinge is a free service).

MoodBinge links to third-party streaming platforms and websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.

9. Changes to the Service
